While there may not be any “there” there, young Mr Biden will certainly have to go to great trouble producing records, getting representation from attorneys and his accountant(s), and endure endless speculative op eds and “news” stories, not to mention the flat out lies and exaggerations that the Vast Rightwing Wurlitzer will pump forth, which obviously have to be picked up by “mainstream” reality-based news outlets because … well, I have no idea. But they will, having learned nothing from 5+ years of Trump. And of course all the tut-tut-tutting about the “impact” upon his father’s administration and all the “doubts” it will cast.
Just another parting shot from Mr Trump.

Anybody wanna bet this is going to be pretty much a nothing burger? They’ll find a misspelling or a missing comma or something trivial. Then they’ll try to make a Benghazi out of it.
We’ll just wait until the Feds start looking at Trump tax returns…or rather, wait until Letitia lets us hear a thing or two. Betcha the pickings are much, much more interesting here. Betcha they’ll be more works of fiction than anything else.

That would be my default assumption until proven otherwise. If there’s anything squirrely in his taxes the public should know about it, of course, but I’m assuming a whole lot of smoke is being blown here with not much flame behind it.
