Granted the Dems are a minority and there isn’t much chance of many Republicans voting against what the First Felon wants, but this is how we got here with the Judiciary. Time and again, unqualified candidates were put before the committee and time and again their lack of qualification mattered less to the committee than did pleasing the First Felon.

We have a corrupted Judiciary because no doesn’t mean no to the folks once they are confirmed. Of the folks already confirmed, there needs to be a review of all of their confirmations to demonstrate that they are in fact qualified to be on the bench at all. That what they said in their confirmation hearings was in fact the truth (looking at you, three SCOTUS justices). If it can be proven that they lied in the confirmation hearing, then out they go. Doesn’t matter their position on things or if they’ve seen the light and go by the law and not by fiat. They’re gone. Possibly even disbarred for lying to Congress under oath.

There will be so much to do once this administration and the lawlessness of MAGA is wiped out, but this has to be something someone focusses on. We have to show that, given back the reins of government, we can walk and chew gum at the same time.

As the Queen of Hearts once said, ‘Off with their heads!!!’
