How Trump Became Obsessed With An Elections Worker Falsely Accused Of Fraud | Talking Points Memo

President Donald Trump’s attempt to pressure Georgia’s top election official into stealing the state for him also served as a helpful illustration of the sort of disinformation that the President regularly consumes — and creates.

I hope that Georgia is providing Ruby Freeman and her family with round-the-clock security. This is despicable.

Such shit. She will need protection once Joe’s votes have been ratified on Wednesday. Seriously.

Nothing like taking a low-paying public service job, in a closed room during a pandemic…only to become donnie’s scapegoat.

They learned that if you go after a large company like Dominion, they have lawyers and stuff and can fight back hard. But a private individual just doing her election worker job? Not so much. Thus, an easy target for lazy fuckwad bullies like Trump.

Wouldn’t this be a pretty easy defamation case? Shouldn’t there be some pro-bono atty, or one willing to speculate on a contingency fee, who would take it?

Something is suspicious the way the Trilateral Commission gets a complete pass on all the election shenanigans.

I hope Georgia Rs are so worried about their election process that they forget about voting tomorrow.

A double Georgia win for the Ds would be so satisfying.

ESAD Trump.

Among other descriptions, participation in the fever swamp of the far right must just be exhausting. I don’t mean this as criticism of Mr. Shuham’s writing, but I could barely slog through that morass of derp.

Regardless of which tight corner Trump finds himself in he’ll always manage to identify a female worthy of being demonized and threatened. Pathological misogyny is a security blankie of sorts for him.

This reminds me of an interview I saw on TV in Chicago many years ago.

A TV interviewer was talking with the policeman who had been the lead investigator for the CPD on the Tylenol murders, who had since retired. The interviewer asked him if he actually learned anything during the investigation. “Yeah,” the detective replied, “I learned that there are an awful lot of really sick people out there”.

The Trump campaign seems to draw them like flies to shit.

Trump’s speech tonight should be interesting. After presents “the numbers” and rails against the steal, the governor, the secretary of state, this election worker, and Dominion, will there be any time left for mention of tomorrow’s election or Loeffler and Purdue? Probably not.

Of course she made him do it. He is as always and invariably the victim in these situations. Also notice how he refers to her daughter in the same terms he reserved for Chelsea Clinton during the debate with her mother. These “lovely young women” he ever so reluctantly targets because he’s invested in scapegoating their mothers.

America has a long, hard slog ahead of her.

It took West Germany six years before it officially ended the Denazification program.

Detrumpification is gonna take a lot longer.

Trump also singled out Freeman’s “lovely daughter.”

“A very lovely young lady, I’m sure,” the President said, before noting that he was willing to “take on” Freeman.

What an asshole and what a pathetic little coward. I would dare Trump to say this as a private citizen to this young lady’s father.

The truth always has been, and always will be, Donald’s number one enemy. It is closing in on him.

Trump ALWAYS “punches Down” so he doesn’t lose.

It’s what cowards and bullies do.

But the Trilateral Commission can’t say anything until they get George Soros’ permission (written in invisible ink that only they know how to see.)
