Noting that Mississippi’s state government has declared the way to solve these problems is tax cuts for billionaires, and not I am not joking, nobody should believe that without federal oversight federal money will go to help Jackson or anywhere with a majority minority population.

That is the only way many states will use federal money as intended by the federal government is for the federal government itself to administer the programs.

Like health care, clean water for citizens and proper processing of sewage should just be there as a matter of fact. Not dealt with piecemeal by disparate grants and loans.
