This Nevada Democratic debate came at a crucial time in the primary — and it showed.
In perhaps the most striking departure from previous debate night strategies, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) came out of the gate swinging and eager to engage the other candidates in fights over policy or past records.
What a shitshow. Are these really the best candidates we have to offer?
I did enjoy Buttigieg getting under Klomentum’s skin.
Glad Warren had a good night. Still wish Harris was still in it.
The only thing I got out of this was that Bloomberg was destroyed tonight. I really don’t think he’ll recover from this. By the end of the night he had more knife wounds than Julius Caesar. Everyone else one that stage was stabbing him and he just bled out. Oh well, it wasn’t as though most people didn’t expect this.
Wrong. Every single one of these candidates–except Bernie–can take Trump, head-to-head.
Pete is an annoying twerp. The fact that he’s gay–and can beat Trump–doesn’t make him less entitled or annoying.
Bloomberg is just another asshole rich man. But he’s had the smarts to pair comedy writers and psychologists in authoring ads that will get under Donald’s skin like none others.
Bernie cannot win (oppo research, anyone?). And his Bro’s are cultish assholes.
Biden has lost more than a step–but he can beat Trump.
Klobuchar can beat Trump.
Warren can pummel Trump–if the corporate media who are scared of her actual record stop erasing her.

The talking heads were saying Joe had a good night. Must have been a day or two ago. He has a shit load of talking points, if four is a shit load, and can’t adjust from them.

Completely agree. There is a saying…“Beware the articulate incompetent.” Pete is beautifully articulate. I love to hear him speak. Unfortunately, his experience is veneer deep. He needs to run for the House or Senate first. Paraphrasing Amy Klobuchar, we don’t need another newcomer in the White House.
This debate is another a circular firing squad. DJT must be smiling as the Dems aim at each other and fire. I’m beginning to see all these candidates as self centered juveniles. They carp at each other about their respective purity and past. This Woke bovine scatology will guarantee Old Yellow Stain another 4 years in the oval office. A local but out of district congressman called me today for money. I was feeling good and offered to send him money via Act Blue. Not feeling it so much after this debate.
Warren was masterful in her take down of Bloomberg on his history of sexual harassment and NDAs. A real thing of beauty.
That interchange won the night.
First question, would everyone like to pile on Bloomberg.

Butte could only open up on Klobuchar after being set up by the moderator, and then he kept interrupting her when she was answering him. Typical dominant male response and probably blunted his attack with women voters.
strangely i think bloomberg won the debate. all the others seemed angry, shrill and petty. bloomberg remained calm. did not apologize for spending his money on democrats and to defeat trump. and most of all, did you notice how the entire stage went silent when he said he was the only one who started a business, a wildly successful one at that. those that can, do. those that cant go into career politics.
I thought that he would have a great night, but I was wrong.
