Authorities swept up others in February. Per one affidavit, a Venezuelan man in New York City was arrested by ICE personnel at his USCIS interview on Feb. 28 and asked about TdA. (emphasis added)
And his response was…? Presumably, something along the lines of, “I don’t know jack shit (or the Venezuelan equivalent) about TdA.” 
I’ll repeat what’s going to be a common comment from me, that IF these people are as terrible as is being ALLEGED, it should be simple to prosecute/deport them via normal—legal—processes.
