US Strikes Extend To Pacific By its own admission, the Trump administration has expanded its lawless attacks on supposed drug-smuggling boats from the Caribbean to the Pacific. Where is everybody?
It’s worth sharing this reel from Facebook about a ballot measure in Montana to keep corporations from funding political campaigns.

Under a nearly-60-year-old law, the White House and several other notable buildings are exempt from a key historic preservation rule - though one expert told the BBC that presidents typically follow it anyway.
Not this one!
Under a law known as National Historic Preservation Act, federal agencies are required to examine the impact of any construction projects on historic properties. Specifically, Section 106 requires the agencies to undergo a review process, including getting input from the public.
Why is the White House exempt?
According to Section 107 of the act, three buildings and their grounds are exempt from the Section 106 review process: the White House, the US Capitol and the US Supreme Court building.
Pay close attention - the White House itself is also exempt.

Oh, look, former White House historian sees it coming, too!
Much of the media discussion I listened to yesterday about the DOJ planned indictment of John Brennan indicated Obama’s name was frequently cited in documents, including many less than subtle attempts to loop him into Brennan’s issues.
Trump has an insatiable need to punish critics and those he thinks have wronged him. Obama famously humiliated him at a White House Correspondents Dinner. Trump is enraged Obama has a Nobel and he doesn’t. Trump thinks Obama instigated damned near every investigation that landed Trump in court before a judge. He hates Obama.
Trump is going to have Obama charges presented to a grand jury. He wants Obama indicted for alleged crimes. Maybe the attempt will go the Pirro route, with the grand jury declining to approve charges. But Trump is going to order Bondi to go there, and may have already done it.
Wharton is so proud.
And since we’re dealing with Argentina and the importation of potentially contaminated cattle and beef “to bring those prices down” - WalMart has joined the fray as well.
…tightening grip on the nation’s supply chain.
Is it just me, or does the gilt get more elaborate and sillier with each new photo?
