It seems to me that it is not too early for local and Federal law enforcement to address this head on. Merrick Garland (yeah, I know), Chris Wray, the head of the National Guard, and anyone else responsible for maintaining law and order need to get out ahead of this escalating promise of violence. Let people know that the courts are ready, a massive response to any violence is planned and charges will be domestic terrorism with longer sentences. For once, it is important to be pro-active rather than wait for it to hit the fan and then cobble an inadequate response. Make the bullies fear what will certainly happen to them. The response will not be what they saw on January 6. If I may quote the late Colin Powell - promise shock and awe. Violent and unhinged MAGAts cannot be allowed to frighten an entire country with their threats.

I am watching Rachel Maddow now and she is talking about this same thing. But she is saying that this is not a movement that is taking to the streets and says that there have been no protests when Trump has called for them. She says it is a terror campaign waged by a few people to scare the masses. Maybe so but what to do about people who dox officials and send threats with impunity. I want to see some highly publicized arrests for domestic stochastic terrorism. If someone made a threat concerning a Supreme Court judge we could expect rapid results. Why not with judges, jurors , witnesses and their family? Soon we wonât have anyone willing to be on a jury for Trumpâs many indictments.
