Good and timely article on how mRNA distribution is currently hampered and the situation in poor countries because of infrastructure issues, etc.

Sure…they have high vaccination rates. Unless you live in the occupied territories.

Came across this video clip from Peru, showing how the vaccine is being delivered to communities in mountainous rural areas. My eyes widened when I saw some of the delivery crew step off that narrow trail. onto a frighteningly steep mountainside, to help get the cooler past a narrow spot.

We’re gonna need more Ivermectin…

This makes me wonder why there has not been more effort to focus on shipping the J&J vaccine in those countries lacking the requirements to properly handle the mRNA vaccines? Particularly since J&J is (currently) a one-time shot, it seems like it should be the go-to vaccine.
