If already in prison pending trial (since they are flight risks), they will have to show up to testify unless Trump pardons them. The FBI should monitor their communications to see if Trump or his lackeys dangle a pardon to prevent testimony.
Good, the House doesn’t consider getting arrested as an excuse to ignore their requests for information. And, these jokers don’t have any way to ask for privilege…they will try to say they are Trump’s lawyers, but that won’t hold much water, and if they bind themselves tightly to Trump they make him look even worse.
I honestly am amazed at how stupid all of these people are, there are clever ways to do what they are trying to do but they went about it about as moronically as you could. Good thing though, that will help burn them in the end.

Just as an aside, by comparison to the three intelligent, distinguished, and honorable Dem signatories on the letter, how funny is it that the three GOP ranking members of each committee, who were each cc’d on the letter, are three of the biggest morons and Trump toadies and boot-lickers in Congress? There’s a reason the GOP put them on those committees.
