Attachment E will be made available on the Committee’s website as soon as possible.

I don’t see the tax returns yet.

There, Mr. Trump, fixed it for ya!

A Good Thing! The devil is in the details. I look forward to an informed take on the minutia, the “how it was done”.

Just downloaded Attachment E. I don’t think I’ll be able to do much with it, since I know next to nothing about tax law in general or US tax law in particular, but might be nice to have.

Are they in crayon or black Sharpie?

If Trump hadn’t fought for nearly four years to keep them from being released, the Committee could have analyzed them and probably at most released a summary with conclusions of what they found.

When they received it within weeks of the end of the Congressional session, they didn’t have any choice but to release them.

Good. While the House RWNJs are fiddling to elect a Speaker-- thus keeping committee assignments from being handed out and chaired-- the press will have some free time to focus and investigate some real crimeing – that went on for decades.

Did he claim Stormy Daniels as ‘entertainment expenses’?

This SO much worse than an IRS audit. Literally thousands of amateur-sleuthing professional CPA’s all over the world will be fine-tooth combing these returns for the next few months.

And all of them tweeting their findings.

To the world.

But what I’m looking forward to, is finding out his real net worth. Is it in the tens of millions?

This is so unfair. Nobody has been treated as poorly as tRump.

This is OT, but something I have to say to my fellow TPM’ers.

On the 20th I suddenly and unexpectedly lost my spouse of 44 years. Each day since has been quieter and darker. I’m okay, eventually I will sleep well.

But what I want to say to all of you is what I have been saying for her.

“Have a Happy New Year and give BIG HUGS to all those you love.”

The louder republicans scream, the worse it must be for Trump. He had four effing years to do what other presidents have done from the start. Too bad, crybabies.

I hope the Dems can someday make it a requirement.

Rep. Richie Neal (D-MA), chair of the House Ways and Means Committee, issued a statement …

Just for the record, the member’s name is Rep. Rich E. Neal, not “Richie”.

Way back when (2018 or 2019) the Washington Post reported that his American properties were having difficulty scrounging up the cash to pay local property taxes. This is what happens when you piss off half the electorate and they no longer spend money at your properties – like his Los Angeles golf course, which was heavily used by television and movies for location shoots. That money completely disappeared after January 20, 2017.

I’m sure Hillary Clinton would beg to differ. But she’s an adult, so we won’t be hearing about it 24 hours a day.
