House progressives are reportedly preparing a statement urging for Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) to be stripped of her committee assignments, following her refusal to publicly apologize to Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) after insinuating that the Minnesota Democrat is a terrorist, according to Politico.
Boebert is a terrorist. Kevin McCarthy is an enabler of terrorists.

They should strip the entire fascistgop of their committee assignments and be done with it. Gym ‘I see nothing’ Jordan has already proclaimed the will seek vengeance on all decent representatives (Democrats) once the seize the House through their gerrymandered districts. So their upcoming revenge on the reasonable is planned and advertised no matter what happens between now and then.
Just venting, here, but there is certainly some appeal to the idea of telling them all to go to hell.

I’m guessing Democrats are all in on holding Boebert accountable not only because it’s the right thing to do, but also because they see a political upside. And it does seem to be dividing Republicans (the Mace/MTG brouhaha), as well as demonstrating McCarthy’s impotence yet again. The more time Republicans spent infighting, the less time they have to attack Democrats.
I really dislike breaking down democrats to factions. The news media does it too easily.

I think Speaker Pelosi knows exactly how to handle this. She is privy to: lots of information, including votes and other time frames, 1/6 evidence, DOJ cooperation on other issues, etc. Hard to see movement when we look hard for fissures in TFG/GQP cult every day, but it seems they are worried now and I think we are seeing some disintegration there.
