Yes. One wonders if some are being abused by their captors while incarcerated or in transit before they are released into another country where the abuse may continue. All of this is being done in our name in order to amplify our greatness as Americans.

There are some evangelicals who strongly object to Trump’s immigration policies. Women of Welcome is a community of evangelical Christian women “dedicated to diving into the whole of scripture to understand God’s heart for the immigrant and refugee. We believe God calls us to a deep love for the vulnerable, the marginalized, and the forgotten.” See womenofwelcome dot com or their Facebook page.
