Some who tried to sign up reportedly were placed on a waitlist “due to massive demand” a message on the app reportedly read, which included a waitlist number.
Why would there be a wait? Excluding failed servers, bandwidth or program error? Why would that have a wait list? Are there human hands and vetting on this process? Seems weird they would have a routine to cover that. Considering the basic personal information input is failing.
