Some crimes exceed the ability of humans to punish. Only God can rule on the tan suit.

SD is a Stand Your Ground state, apparently. Does this mean that anybody who sees this guy getting into a car is in the clear?

nevermind. I misread it. Should’ve been a felony and wasn’t

Speaking of rigged, how’s the PA state police investigation of Charlie Gerow, the Republican candidate for governor who killed the motorcyclist with his car, going?

It’s been more than a month and all we’ve heard are crickets. Any news that you’ve heard?

Well, She did fuck up Obama’s 60th birthday party.

Was willing to kill millions in a pandemic just to fuck with his one day.

No thanks.

Didn’t this guy also avoid a breathalyzer and blood test? In my state you lose your license for a year, I believe, for refusing them.

South Dakota is a disgrace.

That hasn’t happened. Maybe when he kills a second pedestrian.

Called it a week ago that he would be a reoffender:

I don’t think we need federal charges. He’s a chronic speeder, and once he loses the cloak of state office, those tickets won’t get dropped down from reckless driving to a speeding ticket one mph below the threshold. Of course, things will continue to be a little rough on SD pedestrians until he finally loses his license. Isn’t that when they make him honorary governor?

57 in a 35. If he were still (a viable) AG the cop would have dropped it to 45. He has a string of prior tickets that are suspiciously just below the threshold for reckless driving.

Meh. It’s south dakota. Shouldn’t even be speed limits there. Nothing but the occasional deer or pedestrian to run into.

But he said he wasn’t drinking. Doesn’t your state allow for you to just to say whether or not you were drinking?

They were waiting for a felony conviction. They’ll sue regardless. BTW, apparently he’s still AG. (sorry for the allcaps in the article, guess that radio station hasn’t discovered lower case): RAVNSBORG CONTINUES IN OFFICE AS SO. DAKOTA ATTORNEY GENERAL - KSCJ 1360

Did you miss my *? That * did a lot of work in all his presentations and magically made everything work.

I always thought he was a drooling idiot, then Gym Jordan, RonJon, MtG and Boebert showed up. Ah, the happy days of innocent youth.

That’s for killing a motorcyclist, silly.
