I lived in Columbus for a few years. Not shocking at all, that the cops are hicks looking for antifa behind every tree and street post.

Its just like the 60s/70s all over again.
Peace and Love buses stopped, threatened in Ohio and WA peninsula, accused of antifa violence with mundane common everyday tools. History repeats itself.
Reminds me of the time 3 cop cars stopped me for circling a local motel parking lot (once), looking for my friends car and found (gasp!) a set of box wrenches in the back of my rig. Accused me of series of break-ins. (with box wrenches??)

Detectives followed up with a vehicle search today and found numerous items: bats, rocks, meat cleavers, axes, clubs and other projectiles.
I guess that the other projectiles were the hula hoops and hackysacks.

Most anything can be interpreted as a “weapon” by a cop who feels the need to suppress them damn hippies…freaken long hairs! Who do they think they are anyway?

Well there was a stove on that bus so naturally there had to be weaponized cooking utensils. Meat cleavers, knives and such. As for the bats… ever play a pickup game of baseball? Rocks could be for juggling as they were performers. Lord knows what mayhem could come from a hoola hoop.
