House Intelligence Committee ranking member Devin Nunes’ (R-CA) defense of those crucially-timed calls with key Ukraine schemers is about as solid as his conspiracy-laced approach to his panel’s impeachment hearings last month.
He’s so stupid, it hurts.
Okay, so will he lose his Congressional seat over this? Will he go to jail? Those are the questions I’d like answered.

During an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Tuesday evening, Nunes outlined his latest $400 million-plus lawsuit against CNN for publishing a story about his December 2018 meeting with the ex-Ukrainian prosecutor at the heart of the efforts to push Ukraine to probe Trump’s political rival.
Hannity actually said “Les Parnas.”
No comment beyond “what the fuck!”
Classic projection, turned up to the max. “I don’t know what this Lev guy is up to, but the long arm of the law is going to catch him”. Says Lev might be trying to “obstruct justice”. Sure…
In Nunes case, claiming ignorance is a legitimate defense.

Is that Les Parnas or Lis Pendens?

CNN is relying on Parnas because he is indicted, facing many years in prison and IS SINGING LIKE A BIRD.
They say that having to testify under oath is good for jogging memories. Which Devin might have to do for the FBI or ethics committee.
The silver lining of the Trump Administration is that there are many defenders in the conservative media and many elected Republican officials who will have zero credibility left. We will never have to listen to or give respect to their opinions again.
His attorney keeps telling him ignorance is bliss.
There are at least 3 Dems who have their eyes on his seat. He won in 2018 by about 5.5 points, so it’s potentially flippable.
The co-conspirator regurgitated Trump’s Russia-generated talking points at every opportunity during the hearings, and then had the chutzpah to make personal attacks against Schiff, et al.
