We now know how Vice President Kamala Harris is going to become the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee. Harris is already the presumptive nominee after she swept up support from a majority of the Democratic National Convention delegates within days of President Joe Biden’s decision to drop his own re-election bid. However, thanks to the unusual…
Vice President Harris is scheduled to appear on Friday’s season finale of “RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars,” in which she will deliver a pretaped get-out-the-vote message.
MAGA having another meltdown very soon.
I followed the link from TPM front page to The Hill item about Pelosi saying Netanyahu’s speech to Congress was worst by any foreign leader. I read that article, then answered a questionaire/poll beside it there. The poll is not an ad, it’s fielded by The Hill. It shows you poll results as you go. On all questions about climate change a large plurality express little or no concern.
WTF is up with The Hill readers? Are they ignorant bumpkins, magas, average repugs, depraved sociopaths, all of the above?
Yes.
Could they be expressing a consensus that the hoi polloi will have to suffer?
all of the above
It sounds like a reasonable plan to get things done in a timely manner, giving serious potential challengers to Kamala an opportunity to make their case. But of course there will be no serious challenger for the nomination. The plan also provides Kamala with enough time to vet VP candidates and select somebody that she’s entirely comfortable with - there are several well qualified candidates.
Good job DNC.
… longshot candidate and “spiritually progressive” author Marianne Williamson…
Does this count as being “spiritually progressive?”

Kamala Harris just spoke after meeting with Netanyahu. Awesome. She mentions that she doesn’t see this as a binary issue. It’s very complex, and people have to be aware of the history. But a two-state solutions would make Israel safer and democratic and also give the Palestinians what they need for a better life.
Awesome.
(Watched Ari Melber on MSNBC. Becoming more enjoyable now.)
I’m not sure about that, but one thing is certain, they are anatomically correct.
Either that or they don’t believe it’s real. How else could one be unconcerned?
I think I went with, “You don’t believe it’s gonna touch you;” so, I’m out of alternatives just now.
Josh is on Ari right now
