Decided to espress my annoyance with headlines. In this case, who cares what the Speaker of the House has to say about recess appointments that the purview of the Senate?
An aside. There seems to be a thought that Senate approval hearings or recess appointments of Trump choices could occur before the inauguration. Is that a thing?

Paging @txlawyer and any others of that ilk: I thought a treason charge required a formally-declared-by-Congress war, otherwise people would get lesser charges, like espionage, FARA violations, sedition, etc.
