Of course the trump family, the pence family, and all their cronies will get the first shots.

I still can’t get over the fact Donnie turned down the doses we desperately need.

Jared doesn’t know anything about how supply lines work.

He’s never had to stand in line to buy a Playstation or the latest iPhone.

“We will work with Pfizer to get that shipped out,” Azar said. “And so we could be seeing people getting vaccinated Monday, Tuesday of next week.”

The Trump vaccine distribution plan begins Beta testing Monday, Tuesday of next week.

Earlier in the week, Azar reported that the vaccine will be available to all adults by mid-2021 and that he expects a “return to normalcy” in the next year.

This part disturbs me after yesterdays (?) discussion over when “normalcy” returns. There is still a long way to go before we’re out of the danger zone, and promising quick steps to normal statements isn’t going to help.

All through this pandemic there have been comparisons of Churchill and FDR’s ability to message and Trump’s lack of ability to tell the country the hard part=truth.
Listening to people like Azar who is not a medical professional with knowledge of the subject as opposed to real doctors and scientists with knowledge of viruses and pandemics is like night and day.
Just because you got a shot in arm doesn’t mean you’re safe, you are safer, but not home free.

Whatever an admin rep says I take with a huge grain of salt. The interview below was essentially nothing but a steaming pile of hyperbolic lies.

Giroir was bullish on the potential of newer testing technology to expand the country’s ability to test quickly. He said fast point-of-care tests can help solve the problem of overburdened laboratories and could aid in the reopening of schools and businesses in the fall.

“Certainly by September, we expect to have 15 to 20 million point-of-care tests. That’s as many tests as we’re doing every month now,” Giroir said, adding that the administration wants to see 100 million tests per month happening then.

I noted with essentially zero interest the other day some headline about how his spokesliar said it was fine. I didn’t read further, life being short.

I imagine he will be right one day.
sooner or later he will get it right.

Getting a scattering of vaccines out will be doable, people can make that happen. Getting vaccines to the people who need it, prioritizing, handing a few hundred million doses, making sure people get the second dose, tracking all of it, warehousing…that’s beyond the capability of the Trump people. They have no real plan, they have no money, and the leadership is incompetent.

So, they will put a few vaccines in arms, declare victory, and drop a hot messing the lap of the Biden people. And, McConnell will then block hiring the people to lead us out of this, and the money to pay for it. The intent will be to make Biden’s job even harder, and try to get him to fail so more Americans continue to die and Republicans win in 2022.

Sounds cynical, but it’s the way Republicans are acting right now…and they don’t care how many Americans suffer as long as they stay in control.

This truly IS a ‘good’ thing and kudos to those that worked on getting these vaccines out. Too bad that Donnie stepped all over his own … whatever … on getting the ‘credit’ he so desperately wants. MAYBE if he hadn’t insulted, berated and lied about so much about the pandemic he would have gotten it. NOW everyone just wants to move on, get it done and get well.

They don’t really need it, for now at least, because they have access to whatever treatment they want. This way they can get infected and attend a few holiday parties to spread the wealth.

I don’t see how you can say dropping the entire bag of shit on the Biden administration isn’t a plan.

It is very simple, there was nothing in the deal for Donnie. He never does anything unless there is something of value, great value in it for Donald Trump.

In Amerikka this is what people want. Iowa gave Trump an 8-point win over Biden and voted for Joni Ernst.

We may not be able to trust the FDA any longer. It certainly looks like the FDA has become a den of political corruption and drug approvals are based on orders from Skanky Turdface and the Trump Organization.

What’s next? Orders for the FDA to approve Ivanka’s Goya Beans, the MyPillow and Butthole Heat and Irradiation?

Hah, that’s the result of not having a plan, not a plan in and of itself. They can hope that they are going to sabotage Biden, we’ll see how well they do at it…the problem is all the Americans who get hurt by them in the process.
