Is the ascertainment carved in stone or something? Can’t she just provide it, and then if the courts overturn the election, go from there? She would be hailed as a resistance hero and probably have job offers lined up immediately. Meanwhile her loyalty to the manbaby will get her nowhere, he doesn’t care about her.

Was reading up on the GSA. According to itself it oversees Federal contracts and federal property and the federal civilian employees…but how-in-the-heck and under what program is it also responsible for the ascertainment to allow the incoming president to do-his-do? This makes absolutely no sense.

I cannot believe that she is willingly acting as a tool for murder by Trump. Actually, yes I can. One look and you don’t see much of a heroine. Nope, just a fat skamk who would blow the Orange Asshole in a heartbeat. Hopefully, the new DOJ will move her into the general prison population soon.

At the risk of ticking off my fellow TPMers, thank you for posting the only useful comment of any sort on this story. I’m starting to get sick and tired of everyone just flaming impotently on these boards here. Sure it has its place, but we need to start using these forums to find ways to take useful action, or get this info to those who can.
So who could deliver a mandamus writ like mentioned here that would get sufficient attention from a Federal judge, i.e. to force the issue and make this government employee do her actual job?

I think that it would be appropriate to send this woman the daily national covid obituaries to her digital and physical addresses, preferably with photos. Maybe after, seeing the true human toll piling up in a tangible way day-by-day would help her to break free of the cult.
I think she’s civil service, so her other job will be secure. I could be wrong.
