Sondland also told Trump that Zelensky “loved your ass” and would do “anything you ask him to,” according to the Holmes testimony obtained by CNN.

I’m always impressed by the sober language of our “donor/businessman hybrid” ambassadors.

So this was about Russian adoptions?

Hmm, this might be problematic for Mr. Trump. Or so I hope.

Is it unseemly for me to be enjoying this so much? I mean, everywhere you look, another GOP Coc–I mean Republican, is embarrassing him or herself in public; so much so it is difficult to peg who was the most enraged or fake-enraged today, Jordan, Conway, Nunes, Conaway or Stefanik

“Sondland is scheduled to testify publicly on Wednesday.”

Has “Epstein” become a verb yet?

(Asking for a linguist.)

Trump has gone from barely knowing Sondland -> to not remembering the phone call with Sondland -> to…

Trump’s memory seems to be the most flexible part of his body. (Soon, he will be denying that he knows what a phone is.)

It sure doesn’t help that Sondland looks like he’s already cast in the role of major doofus in Ukrainegate. Sondland is in deep doo-doo. I can’t wait to see his testimony in public. I’m pretty sure that’ll end up being comedy gold for the latenight shows. Plus those tire tracks on his back afterwards are gonna be visible for miles.

I have a hard time seeing him show up for his public testimony. His best angle is to try and get immunity and spill his guts.

Zelensky “loved your ass” and would do “anything you ask him to,”

We’re getting a bit into homo-erotic territory here, aren’t we?

A cunning one?

Yup, but I see that it’s an irregular verb: He was locked up for one night, and then died - highly irregular…

He put himself in a box. Lying, even his lies of omission, will come back to haunt him. Its not like his doctor can write him a note saying he’s too ill to show up. He’s already testified. Not showing up now will only complicate his legal problems.

Not that there is anything wrong with that.

It’s a transitive verb: He’s been Epstein’d to another place.

But when referring to Trump?

Eewwww…
