Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT) will vote against Elena Kagan’s nomination to the Supreme Court, according to a statement he released today.Hatch, who is a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said today that “the law must control the judge; the judge must not control the law,” and that “Kagan regrettably does not meet this standard.”
