Guy Running Wisconsin’s Fake Election ‘Audit’ Admits He Doesn’t Know How Elections Work | Talking Points Memo

Kudos For The Honesty? … NO! NO! NO!

Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman is just being thuggish a Luddite

sure the minutia of elections laws can have complexities - but it ain’t like decoding DNA or flying a helicopter on Mars … and this bullcrap is worlds apart from the bombastic rubbish that claimed “there was massive fraud”

This guy is a Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice & he knows the essence of the Law - and he knows Damn well that the are no material instances of Fraud - nothing of any substance at all … nothing to find … so he is going to claim that “it is complicated” … he is going for the tall weeds & going to muck about in technicalities and muddy the waters and engage in “how many angels can dance on the head of a pin - and do they wear ballet shoes” nonsense until he fully bakes an argument that the election system is so convoluted that it must be invalid . … ( you see, the fraud is there … but it is deeply disguised …you have to become an “expert” to find it … I’d show it to you but it is so complex that you would not spot it … oh … but trust me … it is yuge! … BS to the 100th power !)

This is Michael Gableman, is a conniving LIAR, LIAR, LIAR who is blowing manure at everyone - he knows exactly what he is doing.

Bernie has a point.

But, then again we’re talking about a Senator from West Virginia where these things may not be common knowledge.

“And so most people, myself included, do not have a comprehensive understanding or even any understanding of how elections work.”

Gableman has committed to spend the next month sleeping at a Holiday Inn Express, upon which he’ll emerge fully qualified to conduct the audit.

Moscow Mitch showed his hand. He will go to almost any lengths to exercise his power and screw the Dems, but blowing up the debt limit has always been the line he won’t cross. When the Dems boxed him in, he caved. The only things he cares about are power and wealth and throwing the country into an unnecessary recession helps neither.

I’d like to know what’s so special about people once they turn 65 that their health and eyes and teeth are so important, but a 64-y/o can go fuck themselves. Or 50. Or a 40. Etc.

You don’t have to be a clock maker to tell time.

I’m not even sure why people younger than 40 are allowed to leave the house. Most of them are an effing pain in the ass.

Insurance companies consider eyes and teeth to be a totally different thing from the rest of your body because they’re easily removed with either pliers or a sharp object.

Absolutely agree.

Before we spend a dime giving people already in Medicare ponies, yes, all that money should be going to expanding the pool of eligible people.

Wouldn’t be enough at the start to get everyone, but I’d imagine that you could divert this Cadillac money and make eligibility say 60. Move the needle a bit.

Because of the full details about what they were condemning:

“protesters who followed Sinema into a bathroom — and filmed her while using the restroom”

As long as she wasn’t within a stall, I don’t have a problem with that.

Someone filming me in a bathroom is going to end up in a fight. There have to be limits on what’s considered okay in being obnoxious. Bathroom is definitely one of those off-limits areas.

Regarding the federal judges order blocking enforcement of Texas law banning abortion as early as six weeks.
It’s Judge Robert Pitman who is the textualist and rightfully so. It’s what the so-called conservative judges and former AG and judge Abbott and AG Paxton claim to be. He looked at the history of Roe and saw how the Texas law was in violation of it and how it harmed Texas women.
