Don’t worry. If Republicans hold the Senate they will instantly remember that congress’s subpoena power is absolute and they will use the Capitol police to enforce the Senate’s will (against Biden officials) without exception. I expect the subpoenas to fly and the charges of “hypocrite” to fly even faster if Biden refuses to honor them, no matter how transparently Benghazibogus the subpoenas are.

She needs to be reminded that she can draw things out currently, but house Dems will be in control for another 2 years, and dipshit in chief will be in control for far less than that. I am sure there is plenty of various things they should investigate regarding her time in office.

If that happens, I for one will be of the view that the Democrats thoroughly deserve it. Rank stupidity should have a consequence.
The penalty for treason is death. She should be aware the case could be prosecuted by the incoming administration.
I’d say this is a legitimate concern.

She has a job waiting for her at The Heritage Foundation, or the Federalist Society, or Americans for Prosperity, or any of the endless numbers of Energy, or Banking, or Defense Lobbyists, etc. etc. etc.
There is no end to the largess doled out by the Fascist Oligarchs, and she is acting the way she is as an AUDITION for a job at one of these “Think Tanks” (and she will get one too.)

You said it, sister! It’s time for us, and the Democratic Party, to crack the whip! 20 days past election, and these sycophants are still cringing and burying their heads in the sand. Time to set some new rules in town!! Every single day, more lives to COVID-19 (and the aftermath) are lost. Every day, we have lost more of our pride, work, education, potential, and our ability to thrive because of someone who never ONCE was qualified or deserved to be where he is. He’s lost, he’s a criminal, he’s incited terrorism throughout the world, he’s stolen money from us every day. He’s a liar, a phony, a sociopath, an abuser and rapist, a violator of everything that is cherished in our country (except for racism, hatred, greed, and indifference to the needy and impoverished.) I will not accept any more of this. As you said, the more on the line, the more angry we will be.
