Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) forced a vote on a motion to adjourn Wednesday morning only minutes after the House had begun the session, delaying the final vote on the COVID-19 relief package.

Per Josh’s editorial, the Dems need an aggressive messaging campaign that they alone passed this assistance. This continued obstruction is part of that messaging.
The thing you gotta remember about Marjorie Taylor Green is she’s an idiot.
Was MTG:
A) ever told “no” as a child?
B) rewarded with candy and ice cream when she flopped on the floor at the grocery store kicking and screaming in front of everyone?
C) elected to a job to serve a country she actively hates with a burning passion?
D) all of the above?
Is there not a parliamentary process to simply shut this off?

. . . and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) reportedly warned the Republican conference recently that such wrench-throwing must have some strategy behind it.
McCarthy, he of choosing to read Green Eggs and Ham while the Senate debated the relief bill. Which, aside from messaging to the already-converted, achieved what, exactly?
That wish list includes that Greene will STFU.
