Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) had an interesting perspective today on President Obama’s plans for the remaining TARP funds, and warned him against using “unspent TARP money as a slush fund.”On MSNBC, Grassley pointed out that “the TARP money was appropriated for a very specific purpose.”
