Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said late Monday that the GOP has the votes to fill the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s Supreme Court seat.

Graham has also taken time to remind every woman in the United States that a guerrilla cult called the GOP will assume control over their bodies within a few weeks…just in time for Thanksgiving and Christmas
McConnell probably does have Supreme Court vote locked up … even if Romney is a no, there does not appear to be a fourth vote in the Republican caucus.
The big remaining question is whether Democrats will make a push to expand the number of seats on the Court, assuming they gain Senate control in the upcoming election.
