Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) on Wednesday night urged President Donald Trump’s legal team to actually provide evidence in their court fights backing up their baseless accusations that the election, which was won decisively by President-elect Joe Biden, had been tainted by fraud.
“To the Trump legal team: You’re making all these claims…you gotta prove it,” the senator said during an interview on Fox News. “Doing a video is not proof. You need to take these claims into a court of law and get relief.”
They have, Nancy, 40-some times, and routinely get thumped by the judge.

Wait, what? Lindsey wants evidence of election fraud? Now? Remember when Lindsey called the GA Sec’y of State and told him to toss the fraudulent mail ballots? You mean at the time he made that call he didn’t have evidence that any of those ballots was fraudulent? Will someone with access to Lindsey ask him whether he believes there is any evidence of fraud?

There’s the kind of incisive legal thinking the University of South Carolina School of Law is I guess famous for producing. Got to have evidence in court! Very important, people, I can’t stress this enough!
