The Twitter account of Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) seems to have gotten him in trouble yet again.
In a Monday afternoon tweet, Gosar — who is known for letting loose on the platform and was reported by TPM to follow a few white nationalists — posted an edited photo of former President Barack Obama and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, which appears to be photoshopped from when Obama met Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Can someone please edit his birth certificate/records to show that he’s really a naturalized American-Iranian? Then send him over the US border, any US border, and see of CBP gives him a hard time trying to get back in? Just to show that CBP doesn’t stop, detain, or harass any American-Iranian citizens trying to get back home.
This is the fellow who so charming and endearing (apparently in an exact proportion to his stupidity) that six of his siblings not only opposed him in the last election but participated in a series (series!) of TV ads endorsing his Democratic opponent. Unfortunately, he’s apparently in a very deplorable district.
Minutes after his initial tweet, Gosar defended himself by arguing that “no one said this wasn’t photoshopped” and that the point is that “Obama coddled, appeased, nurtured and protected the world’s No. 1 sponsor of terror.”
I’m sorry, but if you have to use a fake photo to make your point, you’re an idiot. Do better, Congressmen, or better yet, resign.
Gosar will pay absolutely no price for disseminating fake news. On the contrary his constituents will love him even more for triggering those snowflake libruls.

This was better said by Andrew Gillum when he ran for Gov. of Florida. “I’m not saying he’s a racist, I’m simply saying the racists believe he’s a racist.”
But I’ll go one further and just say Gosar is a fucking racist.

What a ridiculous cop out. If you photoshop a picture, you’re ethically bound to disclose that. His excuse, if one can call it that, is stupid and unacceptable.
It’s like tweeting a lie, and when called out on it, saying, “well, nobody said it was the truth”. That wouldn’t be at all acceptable.
They care. There are two reasons wingnuts love Trump so much, because he keeps insulting immigrants and makes everything in his power to outrage those that do not voted for him. That’s the reason Trump Jr. posts pictures of a rifle with a lock her up theme. Those things are absolutely loved among the Trump base.
