I admit to making certain assumptions about R senators, especially ones from the south. If warranted by their actions, I’m willing to set those assumptions aside. Cotton’s actions reinforce my initial assumptions and lead me to a whole bunch of new ones.

To be fair, we ALL have implicit biases, the history of slavery and racial discrimination aside, though that certainly impacts those biases. I don’t expect the holier-than-thou GOP though to ever understand that.
