Rep. Nancy Mace on Tuesday (R-SC) offered faulty reasoning for denying statehood to Washington, D.C. suggesting that its population size fell short of qualifying for a congressional district.
Mace and Lindsey are grounds enough to reconsider South Carolina statehood.
Moscow Mitch is from a small population state and has the power to fuck up our country.
What does Mace think of Mitch?
It is abundantly clear that Nancy Mace failed Elementary Logic.
Of course if need be she would immediately forget this line of reasoning and insist that North and South Dakota be split into Northeast Dakota, Northwest Dakota, Southeast Dakota, and Southwest Dakota. It would be startling to hear one good-faith, honestly meant argument on policy from these people once a year, I swear.
The problem with her logic however is that two states ā Wyoming and Vermont ā have populations smaller than that of the District of Columbia. Ironically, Mace made the comments while standing next to House Republican Conference Chair Liz Cheney, who represents Wyoming.

Well reading her bio on her US Representative page sheās also failed in proof reading. (yes I know I am terrible at proofing my own comments, but Iām not a public figure).
She grew up in Goose Creek, S.C. and eventually graduated from Stratford High School, but not before working at the Waffle House on College Park Road in Ladson (exit 203).
She graduated magna cum laude from The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, where she was the schoolās first female to graduate from its Corps of Cadets in 1999. She later earned a masters degree in Mass Communication from The University of Georgia in 2004.
Either that or she has no idea how many people live in DC, in Vermont, and in Wyoming.
As well as junior high civics though many of us were exposed to these basic constitutional issues in 4th and 5th grade.

If the average size is 710k people, then there will be many districts that have fewer people in them than DC does. This is just another nonsense argument where Republicans are trying to make sure Black Americans donāt have equal representation in our government.
Not knowing may actually work to their advantage, if it makes them look less like the liars they often are.

And when has the GQP given a shit about complications? They canāt even do shit correctly when there are NO complications. They just do what they want when they have the power to do it because they have the power to do it and can therefore have what they want, including the knowledge that they had the power to take what they wanted over any objectionsā¦especially if there were objections.
