As he was bashing the Biden administration’s immigration policy Tuesday, House Minority Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA) expressed a sudden, deep concern about certain super-spreader events.

“There are super-spreader caravans coming across our southern border,” he said at a House GOP leadership press conference.

So true…several hundred thousand defiantly maskless people, packed tightly in close quarters.

And afterwards fanning out across all 50 states to return home.

For this whole war crying for schools to be open does Scalise even know if the schools in his district are open? Hawley tried out this same attack in a tweet last week and was blasted because schools are open in MO. They may not be fully open, but kids are going into school buildings for some in person instruction.
And just like every other attack against the government should Scalise be directing ire at the local school board?
As for the caravans I hope some reporter asked Steve what exactly or how exactly does he want the Biden administration to deal with it? And not go against any national or international laws.

”House Minority Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA) expressed a sudden, deep concern about certain super-spreader events.”

There hasn’t been this much buzz about a “super-spreader event” since the last time Marjorie Taylor Greene held open interviews for a new personal trainer.

So happy and grateful to be sitting here, hanging out for 15 or so minutes, after getting my J&J vax.

I can’t stomach the thought of how things would have been with another 4 years of the former guy. The 1% living life normally, while the rest continue to suffer, get sick, and die.

My god they lack imagination. When Soros finally dies I look forward to him haunting them from the afterlife. Wait… maybe he has?? Weekend at Georgie’s?

I was speaking with a high school buddy, who is also the insurance agent who sells us our company group policy, and he said the exact same thing: “it will be gone on Nov. 4, no one will be talking about it.”

I was momentarily speechless, then decided not to push it. Aside from realizing my old friend and business partner was a kool-aid drinker, I simply could not fathom that anyone could seriously believe such nonsense. Then I got pissed and thought about yanking our business, but it’s not worth the aggravation.

His career may not necessarily be over. There are medical card mills all over the country where the only requirement for passing the physical is that you not be wheeled in on a gurney and you pay in cash. All the experienced drivers know about ‘em. Just sayin’.

This again all falls on the heads of the Republicans and [Individual-1]. They set the conditions, spread the lies and every single one of these people who didn’t understand the reality, suffered or died are their victims.

Self serving prick. He rode the ‘victim’ train as far as he could and now he’s ‘concerned’ about those ‘dirty immigrants’??? Are you KIDDING?

True, but we all know people that dismiss the need to quit smoking and drink only in moderation because their grandmother smoked 2 packs of Lucky Strike filterless and drank a pint of Jack Daniels every day since they were a kid and lived to 94. And people have been telling others that bullshit for 50 years.

This being the operative part. This isn’t about COVID in the slightest.

Looks like they’re opening up the vaccine to 60+ age group in NYC now.
Woot!

At least one state has lowered the age to 55, with no aggravating health conditions or employment status (first responders, healthcare workers, etc) to be eligible.

More RACIST BULLHORN messages from the Republican House Leader.

He should just put on the jackboots and the “Trump” armband with the KKK Hood.

Outright RACISM is evidently the 2022 campaign strategy, since they have no ideas, policies, or platform other than “What Donald J. Trump just said”.

Republicans really are a vile, loathsome subhuman species.

So the GOP was silent about the ACB superspreader event at the WH that likely led to the President being infected:

But one migrant tests positive and its the end of the world. Its hard to buy their new concern on COVID-19 spread, especially with GOP guvs throwing caution to the wind and lifting all restrictions.
