It’s not much, and he’s from Massachusetts, but he’s a Republican. It’s a relief to hear a major R elected official rebuke Trump and his administration. I’m very afraid after the last few days, and it’s good to know that if these crypto-nazi freaks try to put tanks in the streets there’ll be at least some Republicans resisting them.

It’s starting to dawn on them that the Faustian bargain of lashing their party to the dimwit has a cost.

Thank you Governor Baker, for having the courage to stand up to the “fake president” Trump’s incendiary comments. Would that there were more people like you in the Republican party with similar integrity to speak out. Unfortunately, integrity and a desire for the well-being of our country, much less the world, seem to be forgotten characteristics of the Trump Republicans.

Here’s a chilling reminder of what Trump considers “strength.”

Instead of offering similar responses, Mitch McConnell will react to this latest crisis by slamming though even more right-wing judges, while Susan Collins will move from “concerned” to “asking for assurances.” #GOPleadership

What Trump has said is grotesque, vile and simply does not in any way mesh with the ideals of this nation!

Wake me when he and Larry Hogan and Mitt Romney have the balls to leave their party. Until then, it’s just weak effing tea.

Keep in mind as well that DJT just passed the 100,000 milestone counting Americans that died from the virus under his watch… compared to 271 in South Korea… and then tell me that despite his protestations to the contrary that a sizable percentage of the delta is not the result of his decisions.

How can anyone look at this man and his record and his modus operandi when it comes to making decisions and still believe that there is any chance that he has the ability to lead this country to a brighter future? He famously promised ‘winning’. Has there been any of that yet? If anyone can answer ‘yes’ to that then I would question their definition of the word.

On the contrary… Trump said it best… we are heading into an era of American Carnage. God help
us all.

There will be no more demonstrations, peaceful or otherwise. I have spoken.

Time to change your party identification, Governor. The GOP will do it for you, regardless.

Between the federal non-response to COVID-19 and now blaming the Governors for not keeping their people under control, has Trump finally lost some of those Governors???
