GOP Group That Pushed Pre-Insurrection Rally Hires Operative Behind ‘Stop The Steal’ Robocalls | Talking Points Memo

A political operative who was behind robocalls urging Trump supporters to march to the Capitol on the day of the joint session of Congress ratifying Joe Biden’s electoral victory was hired on Thursday by the Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) — a prominent GOP group that has come under fire for promoting the rally that occurred shortly before the deadly Capitol insurrection.

So reading between the cryptic lines: Bisbee wants to hire the robocall guy, Carr says no, is forced to resign, and now they’re going to robocall GA residents to try to drum up support for an Anti-Warnock insurrection on the GA capitol…or something.

The story here–connecting this piece with all the other stuff TPM is reporting–is that the GOP is quickly regrouping and preparing, at the state level, to steal or contest forthcoming elections with a beefed up personnel of judicial/legal criminals. See also this, while we’re on the topic:

The story here is that RAGA is doubling down on conspiracy of sedition. Hopefully the DOJ and FBI and Georgia police investigative arms are closing in on RAGA associated operatives.

Meh. Civil War II is bound to happen eventually.

If they start it sooner rather than later, at least we can put it behind us.

Yes, as evidenced also by their on-going attempts to re-write election rules in many states.

I believe Carr decided that Bisbee is just too, too. And he can’t go for that, no can do.

So RAGA is MAGA and Carr thinks he’s going to win a Republican primary in Georgia?

I think Bisbee is the robocall guy.

At what point does minority rule, upheld by deception (false candidates), gerrymandering and increasingly insane laws designed to target Democrats, explode all over the perpetrators like a poorly designed bomb.

In other words, Bisbee and the “Rule of Law Defense Fund” are really interested in nothing having to do with the Rule of Law. In fact, it seems that the entire Rethuglicant party, including RAGA is completely opposed to the rule of law and honest politics. This is how to make America Great???

How about Joe whipping out a surplus Sharpie, and issuing an executive order banning all robocalls?

They will never launch. The call for the attack will go up the line with tier support escalation and never find a supervisor with any actual authority to okay anything.
