“Look, this is about loving your fellow human being,”

Silly DeWine!

How can he even call himself a Republican?

‘Empathy’…that is something Trump does not have. That is one of the PROBLEMS. He is unable to put himself in anyone else’s place. He cannot FEEL for them. When you ‘care’ there must be a motive. ‘Politically correct’. It is always and completely about him, because of him, for him. Mike DeWine tries to appeal to his better nature. Donnie does not HAVE that. It’s nice to see that the Governor does.

“This is an instruction as old as the Bible. You’re supposed to love your fellow man and woman, and that’s what we’re really doing.”

But that was before the latest greatest newest testament - tRump’s gospel. he is the ‘Chosen One’ after all, and God’s Favorite Son.

MAGAts: It is totally unacceptable for someone to push his religion onto other people. The 1st Amendment protects us from such overreach.

Trump is losing the mask debate because there isn’t one. More than 2/3rds of Americans support wearing masks. He’s out of touch, That’s the worst place to be as an incumbent politician running for re-election.

After they hanged Beshear in effigy over the weekend, I expect this guy will have a hanging in effigy before the end of the day.

There’s no fixing stupid and there is absolutely no re-boot to install empathy in humans.

Oh, darn it. I’ve always liked that song, but now you’ve gone and ruined it for me by associating it with Trump.

Even Hannity is calling for people to wear masks after being troubled by the Ozarks video:

” Look, I understand these are young people. Experts keep saying over and over they are at a much lower risk, but if they do get this — and again, there’s no mask wearing here that I see, not much at all. I see no social distancing. But if they get the virus and then are in contact with older, more vulnerable Americans, that could be a disaster for others. That’s why the short period of time — it’s only temporary. If you can’t social distance, please wear the mask. Do it for your mom, your dad, your grandma, your grandpa.”

I can see their heads exploding now.

So has anyone got a photo of Sean actually wearing a mask in public?

He should practice what he preaches, no?

That wasn’t Hannity. That was Fox’s WestWorld Hannity host that they use to counter-program messaging to keep somewhat relevant and in touch.

It’s a pretty song.

The lack of empathy in Trump is extreme, but it is so bad he actually cannot leverage it in the way a narcissist would normally. Feigned concern, grand acts to demonstrate he has it to the rubes, the calculated gas lighting of compassion. None of those things really exist with him. It is as dark to him as a cave far underground. When he does attempt it, the process is so brief and abortive that it is inconsequential to his bag of tricks. That is one of the unique things to his malfunction and is actually a wonder that after all these years, he never developed it.

And so DeWine and Burgum look into the belly of the beast: The people who voted them in.

I have not forgiven NBC for the version they made. Weak, very weak.

Not so much for his musical tastes but for his obnoxious plagiarism.

I’m not religious (the last day that I attended a service outside of a wedding or a bat mitzvah was my own confirmation when I was 13 years old), so I didn’t raise my daughter to be religious.

But on the flip side, I always felt a little sad that she wasn’t learning things about different religions. So, one way that I tried to teach her was through film. When she was little, she loved Jesus Christ Superstar.

Her favorite character was Judas…
