GOP Can’t Seem To Get On Same Page On Trump’s Call For China To Probe Biden

Republicans are struggling to find a unified way to spin the fact that President Trump publicly called on China to probe former Vice President Joe Biden.

I disagree.

They are all on the same page, and it’s the same page as yesterday and any other day before it.

Lie to cover for Trump.

They are ALL mealy-mouthed MFers. Also, Kudlow seems to have strayed from the party line slightly. Trump probably wishes this was North Korea so he could make an example of him.

Yes – all on the same page. The talking points went out some time ago: https://youtu.be/KQdl1Fzwf9w?t=21

Remember when Trump, Spicer, Huckabee, and et al all complained about Trump not getting respect from the press? Remember when this was the reasoning why the Trump WH cut down and now out all WH press briefings? Trump wanted to be his own press secretary and this is the job an idiot does on himself.

Trumpworld would clearly rather run against Warren than Biden, so they can go all “Nasty woman socialist Pocahontas wants to take your guns and health care!” Biden isn’t my first choice, but it pisses me off that this bullshit innuendo actually seems to be sinking his campaign. Of course, the whole thing is blowing up in their faces, so I guess there’s that.

Yep. Straight from the mouth of Fat Ass Limbaugh last week.

He also said this to Xi on a private phone call.

"More people in America want to investigate what Biden has done and his son, than want to impeach this president. But somehow the Democrats want to deny that.”

That is a fact not in evidence. I would like to seem some support for that argument. I bet it doesn’t exist.

“When he was asked about the sarcasm defense on ‘Fox and Friends’…”

“The Sarcasm Defense” quickly morphed into “The Double Entendre Defense”

Shifting abruptly to “The Weekend Puzzle Challenge Defense”

And then “The Rebus Defense”

Before finally coming to rest as “The Musical Comedy Defense”.

Sources close to the Majority Leader hinted at a coming “Slapstick Defense”.

The “you cannot believe anything the leader of the world’s most powerful country says because he does not use his time to lead the nation but rather to play practical jokes on the press and, by extension, the citizenry” defense is somehow not reassuring to me.

All stupid when Occam’s razor points to the very believable ignorance defence

Personally I don’t think it’s the innuendo that is sinking Biden (although my opinion isn’t based on anything more than a gut feel). I think he is stumbling more and isn’t as quick witted as he used to be. That and also the Bernie heart attack have made people really question the age issue. While Warren isn’t much younger chronologically, she acts much younger and is still very fast speaking off the cuff. Biden seems older and befuddled and Bernie seems older and obsessed (in the since of OCD that older people often experience) by comparison. Personally I like Biden and Sanders and I hope history remembers them both well, but as the primaries mostly involve Democrats, I think these age issues are weighing heaver than the Ukraine silliness.

Hate to see Republican’s lost.
Would someone tell the Repubs what page of “Mein Kampf” Trump is on ?

Trump enjoyed the “joke” so much about China investigating Biden, that Trump repeated it in tweets. But, of course, no one asked the GOpers about that.

In fairness, questioning the behavior of an innocent person is indeed terribly funny to a criminal.
