Reminds me of the American POW in country camps in WWII, having to isolate the real Nazis from the regular German troops. The real Nazis looked down on the regular troop who decided the war was over for them and just did their time peacefully.

McCarthy and all of the 126 Republican Reps who are still in congress should be censured and stripped of their committee assignments. The Texas lawsuit was clearly unconstitutional and legally frivolous.

What is it with the idiots … the are mind numbingly stupid … they have NO PROOF … NONE … but arrogant ignoramuses that they are - they either do not comprehend / do not know / choose to ignore that there are rules … procedures … you don’t get to randomly scream fraud and the haughtily demand a Forensic autopsy of every imaginable process involved in the election in the hope that some technicality can be uncovered - and then any technicality - no mater how trivial - would be argued as “Fraud” and grounds for a reversal of the results / or a forfeit to be charged against your opponent .
They are like irrational sports fans - if they are watching baseball and the TV coverage is utilizing the video graphic “strike zone” feature … and the opposing pitcher throws a pitch that is a “ball” just outside the graphic “strike zone” … but the umpire calls it a “strike” - a 3rd strike so their batter is out … They would scream “FRAUD” … “Cheating” … “The other team should forfeit” … they are all over the top - rabidly partisan and so bizarrely nuts … that they cannot be reasoned with…
They are willfully illogical… because they are desperate to “win” in a situation that they know they ultimately will (by their definition) lose …

Not sure how you can do that. He will not be subject to impeachment under Article II after 12:01 PM on January 20. You might theoretically be able to impeach him while he is in still office and try him after he is out of office with the penalty being disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States, but I would be surprised in the Senate would entertain that notion.
