That was my thought as well, but then I remembered that POTUS can classify/declassify things at will. I expect that at the next rally of the damned he will read it out loud as well. He’ll do an oral interpretation that provides a humorous accent for the President of Ukraine. The transcript will prove “no collusion, no coverup, no corruption.”
