I don’t think that’s ALL she wants to do, plus doing it this way comes with major costs. Plus it’s not just her. If 2 of the other 6 say no, it fails. I’m pretty sure that Roberts is a no, and based on past rulings I think there’s a good chance that Kavs or Gorsuch are too. Alito and Thomas are fascists so they’d go along with gassings and crematoria.

I think outright war on the SC between christofascism, strict constructionism, corporate neoliberalism, and principle-free GOP hackery is the best case scenario that we can hope for. Our side needs to find the cases that accentuate the rifts and do everything we can to disrupt Alito’s effort to unify all four.

I am tired of the “official” people laughing about this who should be using the words sedition, treason, outlaw, unlawful, criminal.
And we need to find a shorthand for these R voters, who abandoned every precept of their military forefathers, their political forebears, Our Constitution. You should be able to, with 5 or 6 words, remind them of this time every time you speak or interact with them. “The Chump Abomination”, but it has to be in every correspondence.

Not “future”. If this isn’t countered, they will keep this poison flowing every single day, leading to millions of people believing (and some acting on the belief) that Biden is an illegitimate leader.
At the very, very least, there’s still some more rigamarole about Electors Heading To DC, Electors Registering Their Vote, Congress Certifying, and Republicans are going to cripple and defile every single step of the process.
