This schtick has become tiresome. The notion of “fairness” only means one thing: Trump wins and everyone else loses. Surely the idea of expanding the debate schedule from three to four events rests on the idea that Trump will need an opportunity to rehabilitate himself after multiple screw-ups. I mean — just look at what he’s doing to his candidacy on a volunteer basis.

Excellent! Guiliani and Trump look like they want an excuse to blow off debating Biden. Go for it. Trump is behind and needs the debates far more than Biden.
Biden should just stay firm on the dates, number of debates, and only go with respected moderators. Let Guiliani and Trump lie, whine, and act like weak babies.

Right. The incumbent with a more than 3 1/2 year track record, the guy in “complete control” over the worst economy in modern times, a still raging pandemic with nearly 160,000 dead to date, needs early televised debates to get his message out. Do they even listen to themselves? Flailing at everything they can hoping to land a miracle knockout in the final rounds because he trails so badly on the scorecard. Let them punch themselves out.

Biden campaign spokesperson Andrew Bates said the Democratic candidate has no fear of battling Trump in a debate, so long as the moderators are not handpicked by Trump.

Make Trump release his taxes. And put stipulations that there is fact checking. And stipulations to SHUT OFF HIS MIKE so he cannot interrupt.

But the letter also proposed several potential moderators for the debate, including Bret Baier, Harris Faulkner, Hugh Hewitt, David Muir and Norah O’Donnell. Hewitt recently published an op-ed in The Washington Post celebrating the President.
Every fcking op-ed that Hewittt posts in WaPo celebrates Trump.
