Giuliani: I Won’t Cooperate With Schiff In Ukraine Investigation

Depose him. A good attorney will make mince meat out of him.

ETA: Why has he not been disbarred?

I think Rudy must have gotten his law degree by sending in 100 box tops from Post Super Sugar Crisp cereal.

The Republicans are out in force today. And possibly drunk on really bad hooch. Maybe bad weed laced with paraquat.

I watched a bit of Jim Jordan, he is trying the boiler plated make little sense and avoid the question.
Rudy is acting like a guy on fire insisting on dousing himself with gasoline.
Lindsay? He did go to law school right? Had a career and was “reasonably” cogent in the past?
And in passing I see a bit of Stephen Miller, no context, stating he knows what a whistle blower versus a deep state operative looks like. (What was that all about).

My wife has been tapping me on the shoulder over being obsessed the last few days watching all of this going on. As I told her, this is a moment in history, it is a total train wreck. Trying to look away is futile. Shoot, I looked at one topic this morning that had been posted just a few minutes prior and it had over 110 comments. On a Sunday morning no less. I was shocked, but obviously not alone in watching the spectacle.

Why has he not been disbarred?

I can’t figure that one out either. Same goes with William Barr. And Lindsey Graham, whose knowledge of the hearsay law is laughable at best.

Personally, I think any law school who gives people like this a degree in law should be disbarred.

You are definitely on today.

News flash the judge will be the Senate and American people. Schiff is the prosecuter.

Noticed that too. Pretty unusual times.

The letters of the alphabet you are using are too partisan and neutral letters have to be used to make me believe you didn’t type!

Yeah, high crimes, misdemeanors, and rampant assholery and dickitude does that to me.

I wouldn’t worry about cooperating, Ghoulzie. You better get a competent lawyer, prepare for life disbarred, and see if you will be able to stay out of prison.

Guliani says whether he testifies or not depends on Trump - sort of throwing Trump under the bus here.

Whether or not Guliani can claim attorney-client privilege depends on, I suppose, whether he can reasonably claim he was acting on Trump’s behalf as a private attorney. But the fact, as he claims, he was acting on behalf of the State Department would seem to belie that claim. It would also raise the question of what interest private citizen Trump had in Ukraine that would compel his private attorney to become involved.

He’s welcome to plead the fifth, of course.

Just look at who’s defending him. It’s like that saying, show me who your friends are and I’ll tell you who you are. Not that Donnie has actual friends, but this is as close as it gets.

Jordan: A defender and enabler of child molesters
Rudy: A serial adulterer, liar and publicity whore
Graham: Lindsay McFlippyFloppy Hypocratia (yeah I went there)
Miller: A Jewish Nazi, need I say more

On deck are folks like Coulter, Gingrich, King, Gohmert, Foxx, and other deplorables

Put Giuliani’s shrivelled ass in jail for contempt with some of his Stop and Frisk victims and see how long until he sings.

Ugh, I think even the NYC Dept. of Health couldn’t be bribed to accept the quality of the meat on that sandwich.

Am I the only one who thinks that Giuliani is, for lack of a better term, batshit nuts?

Which is why he wants to live in the honeycomb hideout.

Coulter still exists? I thought her skeleton finally turned to dust and she blew away on the breeze while walking down the street.
