President Trump’s lawyer wouldn’t say for sure Monday that Trump didn’t threaten to cut off aid to Ukraine if the country didn’t investigate Joe Biden’s son.

There are reports the money has been released. I’m curious of the date and time the order to release the funding occurred, and who ordered it. Trump? Was there any discussion with the entity in control of the money beyond the order to release it? Some inordinate sense of urgency after all the earlier delay? Where does the timeline of the funding release fit in with all the other events being discussed? If I were on an oversight committee I’d want to look at all that.
Which proves, once more, what I have been saying for some time: Trump and Giuliani rarely communicate.

What are the documented reasons the money was withheld?
Were those reasons cured or was there some other change in circumstance (other than Congressional inquiries starting), such that withholding was no longer necessary? And where is the documentation of that?
Does this gas lighting make me look orange?
When Rudi says he “can’t say 100%” that means there’s solid evidence. Because he’s been happy to proclaim lots of things that weren’t true when he thought he wouldn’t get caught.

The Trump administration is slow-walking $250 million in military assistance to Ukraine, annoying lawmakers and advocates who argue the funding is critical to keeping Russia at bay.
