Rump is very aware of the strengths Biden brings to the campaign and will most likely be the one to bring him down. That’s why he’s getting Ghouliani to throw everything at the wall to see if something sticks.
In past times, this garbage really would be enough to stop Biden (or, really, any other candidate) in his tracks. But, strangely enough, Rump has created a fertile ground for the American public to zone out in. By being so corrupt himself, most stuff he tries to throw at the public isn’t going to have the effect he wants it to.
