Robert Gibbs, adviser to the Obama campaign, defended UN Ambassador Susan Rice, saying she would not deliberately mislead Americans on the Benghazi attacks during an appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” Wednesday. Rice appeared on several Sunday shows five days after the attacks and said the Benghazi attacks erupted spontaneously out of a protest, which the latest intelligence contradicts.
