Former guy’s unprecedented politicization necessitates a complete. top to bottom review. ATo make sure the count is the actual enumeration required by the Constitution. Meanwhile, an amendment to SB1 should forbid any state that redistricts uses any data besides official census data, from seating any Representatives or Senators.

The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) homepage currently includes a prechecked recurring donation box, which if unchecked, will allegedly force the committee to tell Donald Trump that “you’re a DEFECTOR” and have sided with the Democratic party.
The Bulwark’s Tim Miller reported on the NRCC’s questionable fundraising strategy, noting that they are asking supporters to sign up for Trump’s currently nonexistent social network alongside a prechecked donation box that would double the original amount given, and make it a monthly charge.
It’s called the WinRed donation model.

Would gerrymandering fall into this process in anyway? Say like, the term drawing boundaries, what does that mean?
Note to Joe, so much to do, so little time. Gerrymandering has got to be dealt with sooner rather than later.

Greg Abbott has nothing to lose. Just as he switched the topic from catastrophic failure of his state’s electricity grid during a cold spell to demasking and “opening up” mid-pandemic, he now wants people to look into all the child molestation at the border.
This is the real issue, however.

I thought it was hilarious that Bezos agreed that the corporate tax rate should be raised. Amazon doesn’t pay any taxes. In 2017 they got a federal tax refund of 137 million. In 2018, they got a 129 million federal refund. In 2019, Amazon paid a tax rate of about 1% (162 million on 13.9 billion in pre tax profits)

For the GOP WI is one of their toughest states to gerrymander… they put many of their best people on it trying to come up with a map that favors them the most.

Pence was the proverbial “fly on the wall” at many events during the term of The BLOTUS . So he has inside info he can spill.
So if the legislatures don’t complete their jobs on time, in many cases the work goes to an independent commission? I can see how the GOP in these states would be scrambling.
So what happens is the legislative version is struck down or otherwise sunk by litigation? Does that also send the job to an independent commission in those states?
It’s not just the pandemic. Trump and Ross kept trying to game the census as well. There should be some legal jeopardy for that
