Georgia DA Does Not Rule Out Subpoena For Trump

A Georgia district attorney on Wednesday left the door open to the possibility that a special grand jury in the state would issue a subpoena to former President Trump as part of an investigation into his efforts to toss Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential victory.

State and local crimes can’t be pardoned by the Feds.

TFG is running scared with good reason. Get’em Fani.

Actually you’ll find that the presidential pardon power being limited to federal crimes could be undone by a corrupt SCOTUS at any time!

Fani Willis is a professional and is making sure the case is as tight as it can be. TFG is wetting his pants in fear and frustration and that will only get worse. Wonder if his keepers can stop him from verbally attacking her with his infantile name calling?

Lindsey Graham used his position as the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and he admitted to reporters at that time in November 2020, that he called the Secretaries of State in Arizona and Nevada because he was concerned with the mail in ballots in their states. However according to the reporter in Politico that is not the case and this is what that reporter wrote:

The initial remarks from Graham, chair of the powerful Senate Judiciary Committee, provoked some confusion after Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs tweeted that she and the senator had not spoken.

Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske released a similar statement saying she had not spoken to Graham “or any other members of Congress regarding the 2020 general election in Nevada or my role in the post-election certification process."

Which means he was trying to produce a cover for his call to Georgia or he was trying to muddy the situation at that time. Either way it is was interesting then and it is interesting now because he was breaking the law, so his excuse on not to testify is full of beans.

Butter boy is an appropriate name for Graham.

Graham is also a performance artist who does well with drama, talking points and a certain Huckleberry charm (in his mind).

It may well not work this time.

That’s what we’re talking about, Willis.

Willis said she expects the grand jury in Atlanta to subpoena more Trump associates as well, according to NBC News.

Adding, “…all of them Katie.”

Well there is no law against that…but in this situation, The Law is doing and saying different things to Mr. Trump and his minions.

Wait? What? We don’t have shadow state officials?
