Big time. Brilliant lawsuit. With a decent judge who does not care to destroy the global economy, this litigation may just solve the entire issue forevermore. Debt limit is clearly unconstitutional. Yellen pointed out that it creates a Constitutional crisis. What judge would want that? And no one would appeal a good judgement.
Only those laws that are passed by both houses of Congress and signed by the President are to be executed. The House can howl at the moon.
