Wage gap is a poor way to describe what’s going on there. For comparable positions, people are getting the same.
The problem in trump’s WH is that all the top positions are reserved almost exclusively for white males.
It’s not a wage gap, it’s a gender and racist gap which precludes women or people of color from getting up the ladder.
