President Obama’s average approval rating stood at 46 percent for the month of March, against 46 percent disapproval, according to Gallup. Obama’s rating had been negative since the period immediately following the death of Osama Bin Laden. But despite the improving numbers, Gallup noted they didn’t provide great news on the electoral front.
